Party Entertainment is a local Florida business that provides entertainment at children's birthday parties and events. We travel anywhere from Jupiter to Key Biscayne and anywhere in between.
Owned by a hard-working husband (electrician) and wife (educator) team, we pride ourselves in our custom costuming and intricate details. These are NOT Party City costumes like many of our competition has NOR are they purchased from Etsy or other selling sites. These are hand-crafted by a personal seamstress. The more intricate the costume and character, the higher the price.
You-- nor your children--will not be disappointed in how hard our characters work to make your child's dream come true.
We offer character packages, themes, add ons, and more. We also make a lot of appearances at stores, museums, fairs, greenmarkets, schools, parades, learning centers, hospitals, and other family friendly events and places. Our events are a great opportunity for you and your children to come meet and greet our characters, take pictures with them, and make sure we are the correct selection for you and your family.
We will travel anywhere to your party. Travel fees are applied in addition to the party package fee for every package.
If you feel our performers made your child’s dream come true, please tip our performers. The tip is not included in our package pricing and our performers appreciate your gratuity.

**When arriving at your event location, our parties need a spacious place to perform games and activities as well as an outlet for music to play. Set up and clean up by a party entertainer (not the character) is always included in our parties as well.**
TRAVEL: Because our entertainers, characters, and professionals travel all over the state of Florida to make children's dreams a reality, there is an additional travel fee applied in addition to the party package price. Our travel fee is based upon where we keep our equipment and costumes, which is located in Boynton Beach.
RESERVATIONS: Reserving a party is on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to book your party in advance to confirm your party or event date and time. When we send over a contract we MUST receive a confirmation from you on that contract, if we do not receive this in a timely manor *2 weeks* we reserve the right to book another party on your date and time.
Late/Fast-approaching parties are possible (the week of), however, every 24 hours we do not hear from you, your original quote will be invalid. $50-$100 charges will begin to be added into your quote price.
10% DISCOUNT (RULES): To receive your 10% discount, you MUST pay your $45 deposit via PayPal (email@example.com) by selecting "send money to friends and family" before clicking the blue "send payment/submit" button BEFORE that 24 hours is up. If we do not receive the deposit within the 24 hours (exactly) the 10% discount is no longer effective. Any questions, please feel free to ask us!
DEPOSIT: There is no initial deposit when booking a party with Party Entertainment. The entirety of the party fee is due the day of your party IN CASH. Gratuity is not included, but is greatly appreciated.
PAYMENT: The date of the party or event, the total amount of the party is due. Our entertainers, characters, or professionals will have you sign a copy of the contract with the total of your party and description of what was agreed on prior to the event for our records. Our entertainers, characters, and professionals DO NOT carry change so please keep this in mind when preparing to pay the date of your party.
