Q: What is a Princess/Superhero Party?

A: A princess/superhero party is a themed event entertainment for children's birthday parties. Our trained performers impersonate princesses, superheroes, historical figures and more based on fairytales, history, and classic stories. We ensure to properly represent the characters with high-end costuming. (Please see our "Mascot Parties" for other costuming/characters we offer).

Q: Why are cheaper Princess/Superhero Entertainment companies dangerous?

It's not enough to just dress up in a costume and show up. To children, these characters are REAL role models and if, for any instance, the child feels like they are being deceived with a person dressed as their role model instead of their actual role model, their entire belief in magic can be shattered in an instant.

Party Entertainment used to offer a variety of packages that accommodate a multitude of budgets, however, we now (August 2021-on) only offer a select few party package options.

Q: What does a princess/superhero party package include?

Package themes / activities are based on the time frame and your budget. A typical package for any of our face characters includes the following:

- Princess/Superhero of your choice

- Party Speaker with iPod

- Character Handler

- Lip-Singing (Female Characters)

- Superhero/Pirate/Jedi Training (Male Characters)

- Interactive Story Time

- Party Games and Dances

- Crowning/Certificate Ceremony

Party Entertainment prides ourselves in our custom costuming and intricate details. Our high-end costumes worn by our trained performers will not only provide top quality entertainment for your guests, but create ever lasting memories for you and your little believers. All of our packages include a character attendant to assist our performers and ensures your event runs smoothly. We believe in making dreams come true!​

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve my party?

There is no initial deposit when booking a party with Party Entertainment, unless you are booking a virtual/video message or live out of the tri-county area (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties).  The entirety of the party fee is due the day of your party IN CASH.

If you are out of the tri-county area, you MUST pay a $45 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of receiving your quote from us via PayPal, CashApp, OR Venmo by selecting "send money to friends and family" before clicking the blue "send payment/submit" button BEFORE that 48 hours is up. Email us at sarah_partyentertainment@yahoo.com for addresses/accounts/screennames linked to the payment accounts. If we do not receive the deposit within the 48 hours (exactly) your date, time, and location may no longer be available as we will proceed with other bookings. Any questions, please feel free to ask us!

If you are booking a virtual or video message, you must pay in FULL (non-refundable).

Gratuity is not included, but is greatly appreciated.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?

We understand your journey may take a detour. We are more than happy to accommodate you with rescheduling a party 1 week before the actual date. You can reschedule a party up to 3 months from the original party date. Unfortunately, deposits for out of the tri-county area and virtual/video messages are non-refundable.

Q: What do I need to provide the day of the party?

Please provide a large open area so our performers can have plenty of room to sing, perform, dance, and interact with the children without any danger of tripping or damaging delicate items. Please also provide an outlet as a back up in case our party speaker runs low on battery.

Q: What makes Party Entertainment unique from other companies?

Q: Is gratuity required?

Gratuity is not required, but is greatly appreciated. Each of our performers put hours of training in and go above and beyond to make your party memorable for your guests. Gratuity can be collected after completion of the event. We recommend the standard 15%-20%.

Q: What is the ideal age for a character party?

We believe that we are all children at heart. However, we do recommend children between 1 years to 7 years old for characters and 7 years old to 10 years old for MakeOver/Spa Parties.

Q: Do you provide spa services?

We currently have a MakeOver Party Package that can be modified into a Mobile Spa Package.
